Michael Tacconelli, Principal of our firm, embarked on his surveying career in 1984, quickly rising from a foundational role to Chief of Survey by 1996. His extensive experience covers the full spectrum of surveying services, including boundary and topographical surveys and the precise layout of infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Michael's collaboration with contractors, municipal officials, and utility providers has been pivotal in orchestrating the successful layout of essential services prior to construction.

Susan Rice, a Principal at our firm, has been shaping the landscape of Civil Engineering since 1993. Starting her journey with Stout, Tacconelli & Associates, Inc., Susan has honed her expertise in overseeing the engineering department, skillfully navigating the complexities of subdivision and land development from inception to approval. Her breadth of experience spans critical areas such as title and boundary research, site design, stormwater management, and securing permits for highway occupancy and environmental conservation, ensuring projects not only meet but exceed regulatory standards.

 

Susan's academic background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University. Her commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by her additional training in stormwater management and her achievement of the Professional Engineering license in 2007, solidifying her status as a leader in her field.
