SUSAN A. RICE, P.E.

            Ms. Rice has been working in the Civil Engineering field since 1993.  Her work includes managing all aspects of subdivision and land development throughout the design and approval process.  Her experience includes, but is not limited to, title and boundary research, site design and layout, stormwater management design and the use of best management practices, permitting for State highway occupancy, permitting for various environmental issues associated with the Department of Environmental Protection and the local Conservation Districts and representation on behalf of clients at local and regional governing agencies.

            Ms. Rice attended Lehigh University for her undergraduate studies where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture in 1993.  She completed a graduate program at Villanova where she received a Master of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering in 2001.  She has had additional training in stormwater management principles and best management practices.

            Ms. Rice acquired her Engineer-In-Training certificate in 2001 and is currently preparing for her Professional Engineer License examination.
